The 5 Days of Body Love

The 5 Days of Body Love is an opportunity to reconnect to your physical, mental and emotional body through movement, self-care and connection. I will share a little bit more about a 5-Day Challenge starting this month in today's blog post.



I created The 5 Days of Body Love because, around Valentine's Day, there is so much emphasis on whether or not you have a significant other. However, the most important relationship is our relationship with ourselves. This free offering aims to provide opportunities to strengthen your relationship with YOURSELF, cultivating more self-love.




What's Included

  1. Daily Pilates Workouts (5 Mat Pilates Classes suitable for all levels) designed to help you connect to your physical body

  2. Daily Journal Prompts are designed to help you connect to your emotional body.

  3. Daily Self-Care/ Self-Love activities help you connect with your emotional/ spiritual body.

Monday February 13th- Friday February 17th

What is the Cost

The 5 Days of Body Love is completely free.
