October Monthly Must Haves

Welcome back to another Monthly Must Haves.

I have been using/ wearing/ consuming these items all month long, and they are just too good- I have to share them with you.

Enjoy!

Product Breakdowns

  • KM Method Stability Ball I have been incorporating the stability ball in many of my workouts lately and filming some incredible classes using this prop. This class is a staple in my weekly workout schedule. It will leave your core feeling so strong.

Suppose you have never worked with a stability ball. In that case, you can use this accessory to increase muscle activation in sitting, standing or lying exercises that target arms, abdominals, glutes, and thighs. By bringing instability to your movements, you'll switch on your deep stabilizing muscles, firing up the core while demonstrating the gaps in your form. You can also use your ball to roll out sore muscles or support low back or neck during exercise.

  • Living Libations Rose Glow Serum- I can't get enough of this Rose Glow Serum. In the colder months, it is important to focus on adding extra hydration to our skin. Last week we had Sarah Kimber lead us through our October Wellness Workshop on how to keep your skin glowing year-round, and she stressed the importance of adding oils to our skincare regime. This Rose Glow Serum by Living Libations is my go-to. It's so hydrating and leaves your skin glowwwwing.

  • Split Hi-Rise Long Legging- Split Legging by TnAction. The Flare Legging Addiction continues. These Split Hi-Rise Long Leggings are chic, flattering and easy to dress up or down. Obsessed!

  • Eye Patches- Peter Thomas Roth Eye Patches, AKA my holy grail. I have tried so many eye patches, and these are my absolute favourite. I have been using them for years and can't say enough good things. Sephora has THE most insane deal on right now. Last year it sold out so quickly, so stock up.

  • Rhode Lip Peptide Treatment- I can confidently say the salted caramel lip treatment is my favourite lip moment ever. It is so hydrating and leaves your lips looking so plump and juicy. Thank you, Ms. Bieber.

  • Arrae Calm Capsules- I posted earlier in the month that I wasn't having the best time mentally, dealing with burnout, anxiety and just a general sense of overwhelm. During this time, meditation, journalling and slowing down were crucial, but I also leaned on Arrae's Calm Capsules to help with my feelings of overwhelm and, wow, was it ever effective. The product under an hour promotes a relaxed state by slowing down the body's fight or flight stress response. Use code KAILA15 for 15% off your purchase.

PS- While you're at it, grab the Bloat capsules. They are my OG.

I hope you enjoyed this month's most haves and if you end up purchasing any of them, let me know how you like them.

Thanks for reading.

All my love,

KM
