The KM Method Movement Series is a program designed to holistically approach wellness through functional, mindful movement and curated wellness programs from a diverse perspective of industry professionals. 

During this series, Kaila, a certified Pilates Instructor, will guide through live Pilates classes. Kaila's Method uses low impact, intentional and concentrated movements that leave you feeling balanced and worked throughout your entire body.

Kaila's Method focuses on form, posture, breathing, and alignment for optimal results. In my sessions, I hold space to connect to your mind, body, and breath, allowing you to reconnect with yourself. I take the time to educate you on how to move your body correctly while still delivering a fun, functional, and full-body workout that strengthens, lengthens and tones your muscles. 


My intention with this series is to make your move, feel and look your very best. This series was designed to help you feel mentally and physically stronger, healthier and more energized. 


Living in a virtual world with hundreds of workouts right at our fingertips, it can still be hard to find the motivation to move and move correctly without a certified instructor guiding you. We feel you on that! That's why we are making the classes LIVE. Psychologically, knowing that someone is on the other end, you are more likely to show up. When you show up for yourself, you signal to mind, body and soul that you are worth it, which you are, by the way. 


With this series's live accountability factor, you will get to your goals quicker, whether you're working towards feeling healthy, energetic and vibrant, achieving a strong, toned and balanced body, or creating life long wellness habits. 


In this series, you will learn how to do Pilates exercises correctly and their benefits, which will help you feel empowered in your body. You will also learn how to use the props correctly and incorporate them into your movement sessions. We believe that all of this movement and wellness education will help you build lifelong habits to sustain a healthy lifestyle.

What does the Series include?

Three live workouts per week, A movement box with fitness equipment and more & additional wellness tools & programs such as breathwork, nutrition seminars and beyond!

How familiar do I need to be with Pilates to join the Series?

No experience is required to join this Series. A large part of Kaila's Method teaches you HOW to do the movements correctly for more effectiveness.

What fitness level is this Series designed for?

All levels!

What platform will the classes take place on?

The classes will take place via Zoom. Please make sure to download Zoom onto the device you intend to be joining on. Links will be sent before class.

How long are the classes?

60 minutes.

Will doing just the three classes a week be enough to see physical results.

We at the KM Method believe this Series is for so much more than physical results. This Series was designed to help you move, look and feel your very best, and for some people, physical results are not what they are here for. However, if you are looking for physical results, we believe that your movement accounts for 20%, mindfulness accounts for 5% and eating accounts for 75%. To get the most from this Series physically, we urge you to get 10,000 steps in daily and focus on nourishing your body with healthy whole foods.

Do I need equipment for the workouts?

Yes. The Movement Box is included in the series price and comes with all required equipment. We also recommend a 36" firm foam roller like this one.

Can I purchase the Movement Series without the Movement Box?

Pending you have the correct equipment, yes. Please contact directly to discuss further.

Can I purchase the Movement Box but not the Movement Series?


Are the classes safe if I am pregnant or recently had a baby?

Yes, but please send a note to to discuss before joining the Series.

Can I cancel a class that I booked?

As long as you provide 12 hours' notice, you can cancel your live class and get access to the recording.

How long is the Series?

The session is from January 11th, 2021- to April 11th, 2021. It is a total of 12 weeks with two bonus weeks.

When does the sign up close?

January 4th, 2021!


Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. A credit will be issued if you need to withdraw due to medical reasons (injury or illness).

What if I can't make it to the three weekly classes?

If you are unable to attend the class live, access to the recording will be granted. A large portion of this Series is based on accountability, so we urge you to do your very best to attend the classes live.

Do you have a payment plan option?

Yes! We have the option to pay in two installments.
